Job Summary:

The Inventory Clerk is responsible for accurately tracking, managing, and maintaining the company's inventory. This role ensures that stock levels are correct, records are up-to-date, and inventory processes are efficient, supporting smooth operations across procurement, sales, and warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs or inventory management software. Receive, inspect, and organize incoming stock, ensuring proper labeling and storage. Monitor stock levels and notify management when replenishment is required. Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies. Assist in preparing inventory reports for management and audits. Coordinate with purchasing, shipping, and warehouse staff to streamline inventory flow. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in storage and handling. Assist with the disposal or return of obsolete or damaged stock.

Pay:

$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
