Possible; start times may be earlier based on business needs Job Description The Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator supports daily warehouse operations by putting away inbound materials, pulling orders, and loading trucks for delivery and customer pickups. This role requires operating both sit‑down forklifts and order pickers , including working at heights up to 50 feet . Candidates must be reliable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable handling materials in a fast‑paced warehouse environment while following safety and operational standards. Must‑Haves Minimum 1 year of recent warehouse experience Minimum 1 year of sit‑down forklift and/or order picker experience Comfortable working at heights up to 50 feet Qualifications Background in warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory (preferred) Ability to quickly learn product knowledge Forklift operator experience required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to bend, twist, pull, and stand for a full shift Responsibilities Put away inbound materials in assigned warehouse locations Pull truck orders and customer pickup orders Load trucks safely and efficiently Operate sit‑down forklift and order picker at elevated heights Pull and prepare orders for shipment Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and safe warehouse environment Who We Are SGF Global is an integrated talent solutions provider, offering staffing, recruitment, Employer of Record (EOR), nearshore, and consulting services across a wide range of industries in 35 countries.
