Job Description

I'm reaching out about a Cultivation Associate role with a fast-growing legacy cannabis company that's expanding its new facility in Plainfield, NJ . They've got deep roots on the West Coast, strong brand recognition with NJ retailers, and a startup feel backed by real success —their first crop even sold out before harvest. You'd help shape and care for the plants, keep the rooms thriving, and be part of a team that's bringing the best of LA cannabis culture to the Northeast . The company offers a competitive hourly rate and, more importantly, room to grow as they scale . It's an exciting stage to get involved! Looking forward to hearing from you. Needs to have any type of warehouse or hands on experience.
