Warehouse Associate Labeling, Picking & Packing (Full-Time)

Awesome Solutions is a fast-growing ecommerce fulfillment (3PL) company in New Jersey. We ship thousands of DTC and Amazon orders every week for brands that care about fast, accurate delivery. We run a tight warehouse where hard work is noticed and there is room to move up.

Role Overview:

We're hiring a full‑time Warehouse Associate to help with labeling, picking, packing, and general warehouse tasks. This is a physically demanding job. You'll be on your feet all day, lifting boxes, moving product, and using scanners / computers to keep orders flowing.

What You'll Do:

Label products and boxes accurately Pick and pack DTC and FBA orders Load/unload pallets and cartons Move boxes and materials (up to 49 lbs regularly) Keep work areas clean and organized Use phone/computer/WMS to update order and inventory status Follow instructions from the Warehouse Manager and team leads

Requirements:

Reliable transportation to our warehouse in Piscataway, NJ Able to lift and move up to 49 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift Comfortable standing, walking, and moving all day Basic English required; Spanish + English a big plus Can use a smartphone and basic computer systems Show up on time, every time Honest, hard‑working, willing to learn and take feedback Previous warehouse / physical labor experience is a plus, but not required if you're hungry and can work

Schedule:

Full‑time, on‑site Typical shift: Monday-Friday 8AM to 4PM Occasional Saturdays during busy periods

Pay:

Starting at $18-$20/hour depending on experience Performance‑based increase after 30-90 days if you hit speed and accuracy standards

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
