Warehouse Worker

Overview:

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Worker/ Office Clerk to join our team at our medical supply company. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for various duties related to materials handling, inventory control, and shipping/receiving. This is a physically demanding role that requires individual to be able to lift, stock and ship boxes. Some responsibilities include office clerk duties such as answering phones, matching pick slips and filing.

Duties:

• Load and unload materials from trucks or containers
• Operate equipment pallet lift, stack, or retrieve products
• Assemble products as needed
• Perform inventory control tasks, including counting and recording stock levels
• Ensure accuracy in shipping and receiving processes
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 40 pounds) on a regular basis
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately record inventory information
• Familiarity with shipping/receiving processes and inventory control procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadline
