Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for supporting efficient warehouse functions, ensuring smooth shipping and receiving processes, and maintaining accurate inventory levels. Your proactive approach will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers and keep operations running seamlessly. Duties Safely operate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, and move products throughout the warehouse Assist with order picking and packing using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to ensure accurate order fulfillment for e-commerce and distribution channels Stock shelves and organize inventory efficiently to optimize space and accessibility Support shipping & receiving activities by verifying shipments, preparing items for dispatch, and ensuring proper documentation using systems like AS400 or MRP software Utilize basic math skills to count, verify quantities, and calculate weights during order picking and packing processes Maintain a clean, organized workspace by following safety protocols during load & unload operations and stock replenishment Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals in warehouse distribution and ensure timely delivery of orders Skills Proven experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, or MRP software for inventory tracking and order processing Strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing, and stock management in a fast-paced environment Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order quantities Experience with RF scanners for efficient order picking and inventory updates Knowledge of warehouse safety standards, including proper use of equipment like MRPs and load/unload procedures Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and ensure smooth workflow in warehouse distribution operations Embark on a rewarding career journey where your energy fuels our success!
