In this role, you will be instrumental in managing warehouse documentation, streamlining operational processes, and ensuring accurate data collection and analysis. Your bilingual proficiency in Chinese will facilitate seamless communication with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams, enhancing overall supply chain efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to supply chain management, warehouse distribution, and process improvement initiatives within a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence. Duties Prepare, review, and maintain all warehouse documentation including shipping, receiving, inventory records, and compliance reports with precision and timeliness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse operations, including materials handling, order fulfillment, and inventory control. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, to track shipments, inventory levels, and logistics data. Support procurement activities by sourcing vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective procurement of materials. Ensure compliance with safety standards during materials handling operations such as forklift operation and mechanical equipment usage. Support shipping & receiving processes by verifying shipments against purchase orders, preparing shipping documentation, and managing customs clearance procedures. Requirements Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English is essential for effective communication across diverse teams and external partners. Proven experience working within warehouse environments with a strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) such as SAP, Oracle, or AS400. Solid knowledge of supply chain management principles including inventory control, procurement, demand planning, logistics, and category management. Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment such as forklifts; certification is a plus. Strong negotiation skills for vendor management and procurement activities; experience in contracts is preferred. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to perform root cause analysis to identify issues within supply chain processes and implement effective solutions.
