We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Receiving Associate to join our Distribution Center team. What You'll Do As a Receiving Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely receipt of inventory while supporting the smooth flow of products throughout our Distribution Center.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments with a high degree of accuracy Maintain inbound and outbound freight records and complete all receiving documentation Unload and verify deliveries from carriers and vendors Coordinate the routing of products to appropriate departments Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies when necessary Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently Maintain organized receiving and storage areas Partner with internal teams to support inventory accuracy and operational excellence Provide professional and courteous service to vendors and delivery personnel Follow all company safety policies and procedures Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of receiving, warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience Experience within luxury goods, watches, jewelry, cosmetics, eyewear, or related industries is highly preferred Experience operating pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment Strong computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management systems Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills Ability to lift and move materials as required The Swatch Group is an equal opportunity employer that promotes diversity and is committed to environmental sustainability.
