Job Description

Our client, a wholesale distribution company, is looking for a Warehouse Office Clerk/Routing Coordinator to join their team in Dayton, NJ . In this contract-to-hire role, you will support warehouse operations by managing order routing, preparing shipping documentation, and coordinating outbound shipments through retailer and logistics portals in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Wave orders and print UCC128 labels for the pulling and packing departments Run reports as needed to support daily warehouse operations Route outbound shipments through retailer and logistics websites Receive and interpret routing instructions and ensure compliance with vendor requirements Prepare bills of lading and all required supporting shipping documents Process ASNs and invoices through the warehouse management system Follow up on pending orders and resolve outstanding issues in a timely manner Operate basic office equipment including telephone, copier, scanner, and fax
Requirements:
Previous WMS experience required; Blue Cherry experience is a strong plus Prior traffic and routing experience with retail accounts preferred Basic understanding of vendor compliance and retailer requirements Proficient in Microsoft Excel and email communication Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Flexible and willing to assist with various office functions as needed
Pay & Schedule:
Pay Rate:
$20.00•$24.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM•4:30 PM (subject to slight change)
