Warehouse Associate

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, including inventory management, sorting, shipping and receiving, and materials handling. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse processes and the ability to operate various equipment safely and effectively. Responsibilities Manage inventory control and maintain accurate stock levels. Perform picking and packing duties to fulfill customer orders efficiently. Assist in shipping and receiving activities, including verifying incoming shipments against packing lists. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency. Participate in training programs for procedures as required. Experience Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred not required. Knowledge of warehouse distribution processes and best practices. Experience using RF scanners for tracking inventory is advantageous. Ability to perform heavy lifting and manage physical demands of the role effectively. Experience with packaging, stocking, and materials handling is highly valued.
