About the Role We are seeking a General Laborto join our team at our Swedesboro, NJ bakery. As a General Labor, you will be accountable for supporting daily production operations by ensuring efficient packaging, sanitation, and product handling while maintaining high standards of safety and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

$18 Core Accountabilities (What You'll be Doing) Support production and packaging processes to ensure efficient workflow and product consistency Inspect finished goods and identify quality defects, escalating issues as needed Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment in compliance with food safety standards Assist with line changeovers and product transitions to minimize downtime Follow all safety protocols, GMP standards, and operational procedures Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production and performance goals Handle, stack, and palletize products according to company specifications Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table) High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 100 lbs. with assistance Basic understanding of English preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Reliable attendance and punctuality required Ability to work in environments with temperature changes, noise, and airborne flour dust Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success) Previous experience in food manufacturing or warehouse operations Bilingual skills (English/Spanish or other) Familiarity with GMP and food safety practices Experience working in fast-paced production environments Aspire Bakeries LLC values the contribution each Team Member brings to our organization.
