We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Specialist to support warehouse operations and ensure technicians have the parts, tools, and equipment needed to complete customer jobs efficiently.

Health insurance available 1st of the month past 30 days Low-cost medical (as low as $5/week) Dental, vision, HSA/FSA 401(k) with company match 10 days PTO + 5 days Earned Sick Leave (per NJ Law) + 8 paid holidays Company-paid life insurance Weekly direct deposit Responsibilities What We're Looking For Pull and organize materials for scheduled jobs Stage materials and equipment so technicians are fully prepared for daily work Stock service vehicles with required parts and supplies Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments Deliver materials to job sites and assist with loading trucks Maintain and track inventory, tools, equipment, and supplies Coordinate warranty returns and vendor shipments Operate a forklift to move materials and unload trucks when needed Keep warehouse organized and responsive to operational needs Maintain accurate documentation for inventory and purchases Qualifications What You Need Related warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience preferred Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and/or electrical systems is a plus Valid driver's license required Commercial driver's license, EPA certification, or forklift license may be required depending on location Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently •This posting provides details on potential compensation ranges and possibilities.
