Responsibilities Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely to load, unload, and move inventory throughout the warehouse Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to accurately track inventory levels and process transactions Assist with shipping and receiving activities by verifying shipments, preparing packages, and ensuring proper documentation using AS400 or similar systems Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision and efficiency, adhering to quality standards Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated areas to optimize space utilization and facilitate quick access Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels Support warehouse distribution efforts by loading trucks and unloading incoming shipments with attention to safety protocols Qualifications Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution operations is preferred Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one upon hire Experience operating reach trucks, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and order pickers is highly desirable Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, or MRP software is a plus Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy packages, standing for extended periods, and performing load & unload activities safely Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for picking & packing orders efficiently Join us as a Warehouse Associate and become an essential part of our logistics team!
