Warehouse Manager Position Purpose and Objectives - Lead Warehouse Associate Support warehouse and manufacturing operations through delegations of transfer order processes, receiving inbound materials, and maintaining accurate inventory while also being a pillar of success and leading by example. Essential Job Functions - Lead Warehouse Associate Delegate transfer orders to order pickers to ensure they are picked by priority Ensure accurate labeling of all inbound materials Organize and maintain inventory and stock control Ensure storage areas and warehouse is kept clean and presentable. Identify areas where processes could be improved, and work practices amended Receive raw materials in SAP as needed Consistent communication with Materials Manager/Supervisors of any material issues or inventory discrepancies Direct materials to be put away in specific locations after being received in Puling orders for each department as required Follow all GMP's and relevant SOPs that apply to the position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required - Lead Warehouse Associate Knowledge of all warehouse processes and practices SAP processes attributed to receiving materials, inventory control, and other related skills Warehouse equipment use of forklifts, jacks, order picks, and turrets Self-motivated individual with high level of ownership, accountability, and sense of urgency Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, including preparing and presenting information Proven, strong communication skills, both verbal and written Computer proficient (Microsoft Office, Excel) Supervisory Responsibility - Lead Warehouse Associate None Working Conditions Warehouse Minimum Qualifications
