Day Shift Warehouse Associate on the Intel Campus Job Description This role supports a fast-paced warehouse and factory environment by using tablets, computers, and RF scanners to process orders, transport materials, and maintain clean and safe equipment. The position involves working across a large campus, handling shipping and receiving activities, and preparing materials for distribution while following detailed procedures and safety standards. Responsibilities Use tablets, computers, and spreadsheets to access, review, and process orders accurately. Perform order picking, order pulling, and inventory-related tasks to support warehouse distribution activities. Transport materials throughout the campus, including between the warehouse, stockroom, and factory support areas. Handle shipping and receiving duties, including unloading and loading materials, verifying incoming orders, and organizing outgoing shipments. Package, label, and palletize materials according to established procedures and quality standards. Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and sit-down forklifts, once trained and certified, to move and stage materials safely. Use RF scanners and RF scan guns to track inventory, perform inventory control, and maintain accurate warehouse records. Support warehouse stockroom operations, including stocking, warehouse inventory, and general warehouse distribution tasks. Clean specific tool equipment and support FOUP wash and Reticle Rover activities in the factory environment after training. Work extensively on foot to support factory operations, including walking long distances inside the factory while in full protective attire. Lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds as part of daily warehouse and factory support activities. Follow all safety policies and procedures, including wearing required protective gear and adhering to a highly safety-conscious work environment. Maintain attention to detail when handling materials, performing inventory checks, and working with sensitive equipment. Collaborate with team members and trainers to learn new tasks, expand skills into factory support roles, and maintain a high level of performance. Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with facility standards and procedures. Essential Skills Demonstrated computer skills, including the ability to use tablets, computers, and spreadsheets to manage orders and inventory. Experience with order picking, order pulling, and warehouse operations. Hands-on experience in shipping and receiving, including loading, unloading, and processing orders. Proficiency using RF scanners or RF scan guns for inventory control and order processing. Previous warehouse experience, including stocking, packing, palletizing, and warehouse distribution activities. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely and repeatedly during the shift. Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift, including extensive walking in factory support roles. Strong attention to detail when working with orders, inventory, and equipment. Comfort working in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment while following detailed policies and procedures. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and sit-down forklifts. Familiarity with logistics, shipping and receiving processes, and warehouse stockroom operations. Experience working with computers for data entry, tracking, and reporting. Ability to adapt to cross-training in both warehouse stockroom and factory support roles, including FOUP wash and Reticle Rover tasks. Willingness to work in protective attire (such as a full-body suit) for extended periods while on your feet. Work Environment This is a full-time, onsite position on Shift 1, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Work takes place in a high volume warehouse and factory setting on a large campus, with a strong emphasis on safety and adherence to facility policies and procedures. Team members wear steel or composite toe shoes that cover the ankles, and above-ankle steel-toe footwear is required when supporting warehouse operations. Comfortable, good-quality walking shoes are essential for the factory support role due to extensive walking. The dress code allows casual workwear, complemented by required safety gear. Factory support work is performed inside the factory in a cleanroom-style environment where wearing a full protective "bunny suit" is required, and you will be on your feet for the majority of the day. The facility provides significant training and support, uses modern technology such as tablets, computers, and RF scanners, and maintains a highly safety-conscious culture. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rio Rancho, NM. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
