General Labor / Machine Assistant

Overview:

Ōnin Staffing is hiring General Labor / Machine Assistants for a manufacturing client in the Albuquerque area. Our client specializes in printed materials for the folding carton, packaging, and retail merchandising industry. This is a great opportunity for dependable candidates who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment. Pay $15.00 per hour Schedule Day and night shifts available Job Duties General Labor / Machine Assistants will support machine operators and production teams with daily manufacturing needs.

Duties may include:

Assisting machine operators with production equipment Loading and unloading materials onto machines Stacking, sorting, packing, and labeling finished products Inspecting materials for quality and accuracy Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe Moving products and materials throughout the production area Following all safety rules and company procedures Performing general labor tasks as assigned by supervisors

Skills and Experience:

Requirements Must be dependable and able to report to scheduled shifts on time Must be able to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift Must be comfortable working in a production/manufacturing environment Must be able to follow directions and work as part of a team Previous warehouse, production, machine assistant, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required Must be able to pass all required pre-employment screenings
