Job Description

Night Shift Warehouse Associate Job Description This role supports a large, fast-paced campus by transporting materials, performing shipping and receiving activities, and cleaning specialized equipment. You will use tablets and computers to access and process orders, work across multiple areas including the warehouse stockroom and factory support, and handle packaging, labeling, and inventory tasks while safely lifting up to 50 pounds and spending most of the day on your feet. Responsibilities Use tablets and computers to access orders, review instructions, and document work accurately. Work throughout the campus to transport materials between warehouse, stockroom, and factory areas. Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including unloading and loading materials and verifying incoming and outgoing orders. Receive orders and deliver materials throughout the facility in a timely and accurate manner. Pick, pack, and label orders according to established procedures and quality standards. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, as trained and authorized. Use RF scanners and RF scan guns to perform order picking, inventory control, and stock management. Support warehouse distribution by palletizing, stocking, and organizing inventory in designated locations. Maintain accurate warehouse inventory records and assist with inventory control activities. Clean and maintain specific tool equipment and support FOUP wash and Reticle Rover processes as training progresses. Train for and perform factory support roles, including FOUP Wash and Reticle Rover, which require extensive walking and attention to detail. Follow all site policies, procedures, and safety guidelines in both warehouse and factory environments. Wear required protective clothing, including a bunny suit inside the factory, and adhere to all cleanliness and contamination control requirements. Lift and move materials up to 50 pounds safely and use proper material handling techniques. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in both warehouse and factory support locations. Essential Skills Previous warehouse experience, including order picking, shipping and receiving, and picking and packing. Proficiency with computers and tablets, including basic computer skills and experience with spreadsheets. Ability to use RF scanners or RF scan guns for order pulling, inventory control, and warehouse distribution tasks. Experience with loading, unloading, and palletizing materials in a warehouse environment. Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong attention to detail, especially when handling orders, inventory, and factory support processes. Ability to stand and walk for a 12-hour shift, including extensive walking in factory support roles. Willingness and ability to wear a bunny suit and follow strict cleanliness and safety protocols inside the factory. Comfort working in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment while following established policies and procedures. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, sit-down forklifts, and warehouse forklifts. Background in warehouse inventory management and inventory control. Experience in warehouse stockroom or warehouse distribution environments. Familiarity with logistics processes, order pulling, and stocking activities. Willingness to train for advanced forklift operations and factory support roles such as FOUP Wash and Reticle Rover. Ability to adapt to working both in a warehouse stockroom and inside a factory environment. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a supportive team. Why Work Here? Work Environment This position is onsite and follows a 12-hour schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday through Saturday, with every other Wednesday included. The work takes place in both a warehouse stockroom and an inside-the-factory setting. The environment is fast paced and highly safety conscious, with strict adherence to established policies and procedures. You will spend the majority of the day on your feet and perform extensive walking, especially in factory support roles such as FOUP Wash and Reticle Rover. The role requires steel or composite shoes that cover the ankles, with above-ankle steel-toe footwear needed when supporting the warehouse, and good quality walking shoes suitable for factory support. Dress is generally casual workwear, but inside the factory you must wear a bunny suit and follow all contamination control and safety guidelines. You will work with warehouse technologies such as RF scanners, RF scan guns, pallet jacks, forklifts, and computer-based systems, and you will receive abundant support and training to succeed in both warehouse and factory environments. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rio Rancho, NM. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
