What You'll Be Doing As a Labeler, you'll be responsible for making sure every product leaving our warehouse is clearly and correctly labeled. Your attention to detail plays a key role in maintaining compliance, accuracy, and presentation across all cannabis products. Labeling & Compliance Accurately weigh, label, and package cannabis products according to company standards. Print, review, and apply labels to products based on batch and product specifications. Double-check each label for accuracy, including strain name, weight, test results, and compliance information. Ensure all labeling follows current state regulations and company standards. Inventory Coordination Organize labeled products by type and batch in preparation for packaging or shipment. Keep track of quantities and help maintain accurate records in our inventory system. Flag any inconsistencies or label issues to the warehouse lead. Attention to Detail & Cleanliness Maintain high standards of cleanliness, especially when handling labels and product packaging. Stay organized and tidy in your workstation to support efficiency and prevent mix-ups. Team Collaboration Communicate clearly with fellow team members, especially those in packaging and inventory. Jump in to support other warehouse tasks when needed — teamwork makes the dream work! What Makes You a Great Fit? You're reliable, show up on time, and take ownership of your responsibilities You have a sharp eye for detail — accuracy and compliance matter Comfortable with repetitive tasks and able to stay focused and efficient Can lift up to 30 lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods Experience in labeling, inventory, cannabis, or warehouse work is a plus (but not required)
