Contract Length:

1 Year We are hiring a dependable Warehouse Associate for a 1-year temporary contract in Carlsbad, NM. This role is ideal for candidates with warehouse, inventory control, forklift, and SAP experience who thrive in fast-paced industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive inbound shipments and verify quantities, part numbers, and paperwork. Complete inventory transactions in SAP or ERP systems. Pull, kit, label, and stage materials for maintenance work orders. Perform cycle counts, audits, and resolve inventory discrepancies. Safely operate a propane-powered forklift to move and stage materials. Deliver materials to nearby facilities as needed. Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards. Support urgent deliveries for emergency repairs.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. 3+ years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or materials handling experience. Forklift certification or ability to recertify. SAP or ERP inventory transaction experience preferred. Valid driver's license with clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods. Comfortable working in hot, cold, and dusty warehouse conditions. Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail.
