Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and the ability to perform various tasks that support the production process. This role is essential in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Operate and maintain hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Assist in assembly line operations, ensuring quality standards are met. Perform general labor tasks, including loading and unloading materials. Support warehouse operations by organizing inventory and maintaining cleanliness. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment at all times. Utilize forklift equipment when necessary to move materials within the facility. Qualifications Previous factory or manufacturing experience is preferred. Familiarity with assembly processes and techniques. Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic equipment issues is a plus. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and forklifts is highly desirable. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks as needed.
