Blaine Industrial Supply in Hobbs, NM is looking for a Warehouse Associate & Delivery Driver to become a key part of our operation. This role supports every stage of the supply chain: receiving product into inventory, preparing customer orders, and delivering them safely and on time. What You Will Do You will play an active role across warehouse operations and local deliveries. Here is a look at what your days will include: Receive inbound freight, verify product and quantities against purchase orders, and stock inventory in the correct locations. Pick and select customer orders accurately using pick lists or warehouse software, and verify items are correct and damage-free. Build pallets following stacking guidelines, shrink wrap product, and stage orders for loading. Load outbound trucks, complete manifesting paperwork, and inspect trailers before departure. Deliver products to customers promptly and professionally, plan efficient routes, and manage daily delivery schedules. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and keep company trucks clean and well-maintained. Perform daily replenishment and down-stacking tasks to keep warehouse locations fully stocked. Complete weekly cycle counts and support annual physical inventory. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely at all times. Assist walk-in customers and answer phones when needed. What We Are Looking For 18 years of age or older. High school diploma or GED required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record: no DUI/DWI in the past 2 years and no more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years. Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience. Minimum of 2 years of delivery driving or box truck experience. Minimum of 2 years of forklift and electric pallet jack experience. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stay physically active throughout the shift. Strong customer service skills with a professional and positive demeanor. Ability to read, write, and communicate in English as it relates to job functions and safety. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required. Why GVH? Position Details Pay:

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (hours may shift depending on customer demand).

Location:

On-site at Blaine Industrial Supply, 1216 N. Grimes, Hobbs, NM 88240.
