Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Office Assistant to join our team. In this position, you will perform clerical tasks, shop duties, answer phones, etc. Other duties will include scheduling service calls, pulling construction permits and schedule inspections, organizing files, managing existing documents, and generally keeping the office and shop organized, tidy, and running smoothly. It is required to have knowledge of excel and google sheets. You will be mostly working in the warehouse, making sure material is put away and ready to go for the electricians. you will be keeping inventory and doing the material ordering.
Some of the duties include:
Update calendars and organize schedules Answering the phone and taking messages Taking requests for service calls, warranties and getting them scheduled. Update calendars and organize schedules Purchase, track, and invoice office and shop materials and supplies Cleaning and organizing of the shop and office Prior experience handling office responsibilities, experience in customer service, or related field Need to be able to lift 50 pounds Able to operate a forklift or willing to learn how unload delivery trucks Strong communication skills Must be available for full time Monday thru Friday Must have a valid driver license and a reliable vehicle to run errands and or take material to job sites. Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment and is able handle down time as well. Keep Warehouse inventory, organized and clean. If interested please submit your resume.
