Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Worker, where your energy and attention to detail will drive our distribution operations forward! In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, preparing shipments, and ensuring smooth warehouse distribution processes. Your proactive approach will support order fulfillment, stock management, and timely shipping & receiving, all while maintaining a safe and organized environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management systems, equipment operation, and e-commerce logistics. Duties Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, and transport goods safely across the warehouse. Assist with order picking & packing using warehouse management system (WMS) software to ensure accurate order fulfillment. Stock shelves and organize inventory using proper packaging techniques for shipping & receiving. Utilize MRPs (Material Requirements Planning systems) and AS400 platforms for inventory tracking and order processing. Conduct quality checks during picking & packing to ensure accuracy and completeness of orders. Support shipping & receiving activities by preparing shipments, verifying orders against packing lists, and managing inbound/outbound logistics. Maintain a clean, safe workspace by adhering to safety protocols and conducting routine inspections of equipment and storage areas. Experience Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and inventory control software such as AS400 or MRPs is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and load/unload trucks safely. Basic math skills for counting inventory, measuring packages, and processing orders accurately. Experience with e-commerce fulfillment processes including picking & packing for online orders is a plus. $18.98 - $22.22 per hour
