Temporary (4-8 Week Assignment) Job Overview Seeking motivated and reliable General Laborers for a short-term assignment in Fernley, NV. This role focuses on outdoor and warehouse organization tasks to support operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Stack and organize wooden pallets Collect, sort, and clear trash and plastic materials Maintain a clean and organized work environment Assist with general site cleanup and material handling Month 1: Work primarily outdoors performing cleanup and pallet organization Month 2: Transition to indoor tasks, organizing stock and materials Requirements Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs regularly Must wear Steel-Toe or Composite-Toe Shoes at all times Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions (first month) Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions Dependable attendance and punctuality Preferred Qualifications (Not Required) Familiarity with material handling or basic organization tasks Work Environment Outdoor work required during the first phase of the assignment Indoor warehouse work during the second phase Apply with Us Favorite © 2026 - TempWorks Software Incorporated.
