Job Description

About the Role As a Warehouse Training Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in empowering our operations team by facilitating comprehensive training programs for new and existing staff. You will leverage your expertise to enhance workforce productivity, ensure safety compliance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within our fulfillment environment. Responsibilities Develop and implement targeted training assessments to identify skill gaps and refresher needs. Conduct engaging, high-quality training sessions across all critical warehouse operational areas. Facilitate effective learning experiences to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and skill mastery. Manage training schedules, track performance metrics, and maintain accurate records within the Learning Management System (LMS). Analyze productivity and quality data to measure the impact and effectiveness of training initiatives. Provide one-on-one coaching and constructive feedback to support associates in achieving daily performance goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. 3+ years of experience in training, warehousing, or customer-focused roles. Proven ability to lead group training sessions effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong computer literacy. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. Strong organizational and time management capabilities. Preferred Skills Experience with AS400 or similar order management systems. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 10% for business needs.
