This position helps maintain smooth workflow between sales, inventory, production, and distribution functions. Key Responsibilities Order Fulfillment Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring quality and completeness. Collaborate with the sales team to address order-related inquiries and resolve fulfillment issues in a timely manner. Receiving Unload, inspect, and sort inbound shipments into designated areas, ensuring proper labeling and prioritization. Complete all receiving documentation accurately and promptly. Communicate inventory arrivals and escalate discrepancies as needed. Warehouse Operations Assist with maintaining accurate inventory levels through daily cycle counts. Replenish stock from production departments. Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse environment. Support additional operational activities as required to meet business needs. Qualifications & Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the workday. Dependable and reliable with the ability to follow detailed work instructions.
