We are an established supplier of parts and services to a worldwide market of Casino customers with offices in Indiana, New Jersey, and Las Vegas. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Receives and processes all incoming products and supplies
- Inspects deliveries from vendors for damage, notes damage on delivery report prior to accepting and signing for delivery
- Operates and maintains forklift
- Ships packages and freight
- Delivers inventory and supplies to office & warehouse locations
- Receives merchandise into inventory
- Processes orders from inventory in stock
- Maintains accurate inventory levels
- Monitors inventory to ensure appropriate records of supplies
- Restocks as merchandise arrives and maintains stock in an orderly manner
- Counts, sorts, or weighs incoming goods to verify to packing slip
- Follows up on discrepancies and inconsistencies with purchase orders
- Protects inventory and property against shrinkage and theft
- Participates in daily, monthly, semi-annual and annual inventory counts
- Observes safety rules, and ensures and maintains a safe and orderly environment
- May provide courier service from warehouse to close proximity customers or vendors
- Keeps all warehouse and store areas clean, safe, orderly, and functioning
- Contributes to a team effort and accomplishes related results as required
- Performs other duties as assigned by Manager or Warehouse Lead Physical Demands
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to feel, reach, climb, or balance. The employee is regularly required to stoop, kneel crouch, or crawl and be able to reach out and pick up and hold small objects.
- The employee is frequently required to stand for long periods of time, walk, talk, and/or hear in various temperatures.
- The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 130 pounds.
