Warehouse Floater / Production Assistant

We pride ourselves on craftsmanship and a fast-paced, high-end work environment. Job Description We are seeking a reliable, focused, and adaptable Warehouse Floater to support our production team. In this versatile role, you will move between departments to fill staffing needs, supporting our shipping, production, and assembly teams.

Key Responsibilities Packing & Shipping:

Accurately pack fragile art, frame products, and create shipping labels.

Production Support:

Assist with dye-sublimation (dye sub) printing, CNC machine operation, and custom framing assembly (mounting, joining, cutting).

Warehouse Operations:

Maintain a clean, organized work area. Receive materials, restock inventory, and move products between departments.

Flexibility:

Easily transfer between tasks and work areas to fill gaps in production.

Requirements Experience:

Experience in packing/shipping, CNC operations, or framing is strongly preferred.

Work Ethic:

A strong work ethic with a desire to learn new skills.

Focus:

Excellent attention to detail and ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment.

Reliability:

Strict adherence to attendance policies—no drama, no dependability issues.

Critical Thinking:

Ability to problem-solve and work independently.

Physical Stamina:

Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Attendance:

Must be able to work full-time 8am-4:30pm Monday through Friday schedule

Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
