Warehouse Shipping Clerk

Position Overview We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Clerk with shipping and receiving experience to support a high-volume warehouse operation. This position requires strong multitasking abilities, basic computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment. Key Responsibilities Process incoming and outgoing shipments Verify shipping and receiving documentation Enter and maintain data within warehouse systems Communicate with warehouse staff and drivers regarding shipments Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook daily Support high-volume warehouse operations while maintaining accuracy Assist with general warehouse clerical duties as needed Requirements Previous shipping and receiving experience required Basic computer skills required Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience using AS400/menu-driven systems preferred but not required Must be reliable and flexible with scheduling, including weekends Preferred Backgrounds Warehouse clerk Shipping coordinator Receiving clerk Logistics support Distribution center experience Cold storage or food distribution experience a plus
