This is a field position for someone who is comfortable driving, working with tools, learning installations, and handling different day-to-day tasks. We will train the right person to install blinds independently.
Responsibilities:
Drive company vehicles for deliveries, pickups, service calls, and job-related errands Travel from Las Vegas to Los Angeles when needed using a company truck Learn and perform blinds installations at residential and commercial properties Pick up materials, hardware, tools, and supplies Help with cabinet deliveries, unloading, warehouse organization, and general labor Handle basic service calls, adjustments, and punch-list items Keep company vehicles, tools, and work areas clean and organized Communicate professionally with customers on site
Requirements:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Comfortable driving a truck and traveling between Las Vegas and Los Angeles when needed Technical background or hands-on work experience required Experience with tools, construction, handyman work, cabinetry, furniture assembly, installation, warehouse work, moving, or deliveries is a strong plus Comfortable using drills, levels, ladders, measuring tools, and basic power tools Able to learn quickly and work independently after training Physically able to lift and carry heavy items Reliable, punctual, professional, and detail-oriented Basic English communication skills required Must have reliable transportation to get to the warehouse and job sites Personal vehicle preferred No prior blinds installation experience is required. We will train the right person.
Pay:
$16-$22 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and reliability. Opportunity for growth and higher pay for the right person.
