What You'll Be Doing:

As a Warehouse Utility Associate

• your responsibilities will primarily focus on supporting overall warehouse operations, which may include: Performing general cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and organized work environment (e.

g., sweeping, mopping, trash removal, clearing debris). Assisting with the manual loading, unloading, and movement of various materials and products within the warehouse. Supporting different departments as needed, such as sorting, production lines, or shipping/receiving areas. Organizing and maintaining warehouse supplies, tools, and equipment. Assisting with waste disposal and recycling efforts. Following all company safety policies and procedures diligently to ensure a safe working environment. Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and report issues. Adapting to varying tasks and responsibilities based on operational needs and priorities. Performing other general labor duties as assigned to support overall team efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to tasks. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail for maintaining cleanliness and organization. Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all safety protocols. Ability to perform various physical tasks in a warehouse environment. High School Diploma or GED preferred. Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and lift for extended periods throughout the shift. Capable of repeatedly lifting, pushing, and pulling materials of varying weights (e.g., boxes, pallets, waste). Requires good manual dexterity and physical stamina for various tasks. Ability to hear and understand verbal instructions and safety alarms in a warehouse environment. Good vision for identifying tasks, navigating the warehouse, and observing surroundings for safety.

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will primarily work in a warehouse environment. This may include exposure to dust, fluctuating temperatures (hot and cold), and moderate to high noise levels. Steel-toed boots and other personal protective equipment (PPE) will be required.
