Exhibitrentals.com, part of SOL Brand Solutions Inc., is a rapidly growing global brand in the U.S. market, specializing in trade show booth design and execution. With over 50 years of combined experience, our talented team delivers innovative solutions for trade shows, expositions, and global conferences across the USA, Europe, and Dubai. We are currently seeking a dynamic Production Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Office Inventory:

Keep inventory organized and ensure availability of materials.

Setup and Mockups:

Oversee setup and inspections of structures during mockups.

Order Processing:

Ensure all orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Safety and Cleanliness:

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Documentation:

Create quotes, checklists, and presentations as required.

Coordination:

Work with organizers to order necessary show services.

Onsite Setup:

Travel to events for setup and dismantle, ensuring a smooth process.

Client Liaison:

Collaborate with clients to ensure design production meets expectations.

Vendor Management:

Coordinate with partners and vendors to keep production on schedule.

Project Delivery:

Ensure the booth handover to clients is executed flawlessly.

New Partnerships:

Develop new partners through onsite visits and outreach.

Leadership Role:

Lead projects from inception to evaluation for successful booth delivery.

Liaison:

Act as the main contact between management, artists, venue operations, partners, and vendors.

Logistics Oversight:

Oversee the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.

Team Management:

Provide effective line management to the core exhibition team, freelancers, and volunteers. Do you know how to drive a forklift?

Administration:

Undertake general and onsite administration tasks as needed.

Forklift Certification:

Must be certified or know to operate a forklift (top priority).

Industry Knowledge:

Strong understanding of the exhibition industry, construction, and hardware.

Inventory & Modular Structures:

Experience in managing inventory flow and working with modular structures.

Travel Flexibility:

Willing to travel locally and out-of-state for trade shows.

Skills:

Quick learning, multitasking, excellent communication, and strong people management skills.

Qualifications:

Highly organized with excellent communication skills. Problem-solving attitude and approach. Young at heart, with a dynamic personality and energy to travel regularly.
