Short Term Customer Service / Warehouse Support Associate

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Pay:

$21/hour We are currently seeking two team members to support both customer service and warehouse operations. These roles require individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Customer Service Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers over the phone and via email Take and process customer orders accurately Enter and edit order information in the system Provide excellent customer service and support Warehouse /

Receiving Responsibilities:

Assist with receiving incoming shipments Support shipping functions as needed Perform cycle counts and inventory tracking Operate a forklift (certification required) Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs

Qualifications:

Strong computer skills and ability to navigate systems Comfortable handling both administrative and warehouse tasks Forklift certification preferred/required for warehouse role Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Strong attention to detail and reliability

Requirements:

Background check required Drug test required, including THC
