Job Overview We are currently hiring Warehouse Associates (Light Duty) for a temp-to-hire opportunity on an evening shift. This position is ideal for dependable individuals who can work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment while following safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Assemble and build boxes Follow all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines Stay aware of surroundings, especially when working near motorized equipment Maintain communication with leads and supervisors Ask questions when clarification is needed Safety and Warehouse Rules Safety vests are required at all times on the warehouse floor (provided) Maintain at least 2 feet of clearance from moving equipment Make eye contact with equipment operators when working nearby Follow all posted safety signs and supervisor instructions Report unsafe conditions or injuries immediately Dress Code Clean, neat, and appropriate attire is required No loose or dangling clothing or jewelry Steel-toe shoes are required on the warehouse floor Additional Policies No cell phones or earbuds allowed on the warehouse floor Only water in clear bottles is permitted No food or chewing gum allowed All trash containers must remain covered Qualifications Reliable and punctual Strong attention to safety and detail Ability to follow instructions Team-oriented with a willingness to learn Employment Type Temp-to-hire opportunity Long-term employment potential for strong performers
