Short Term Warehouse Technician Job Duties:
- Receives supplies, equipment, and materials; verify incoming shipments for accuracy; inspect shipments for damage; reports damage and/or discrepancies to appropriate department.
- Move material by quantity between designated locations and locate/pick material to/from warehouse locations as required.
- Arranges for the return of defective materials and equipment; refuses receipt of incorrect items; packs, labels outgoing freight.
- Notifies appropriate parties of shipment arrival; identifies, prioritizes, and arranges staging of material within warehouse, or makes deliveries to appropriate departments; may assist in loading and unloading freight.
- Operate equipment such as electric carts, and pallet jacks, in the receiving, storing, and delivering of materials.
- Maintains cleanliness, security, and safety of assigned area, plans for methods of storage and space utilization.
- Showing vigilance and care in identifying and addressing health risks and safety hazards.
- Maintains high level of conscientious safety practice.
- Performing other duties related to the primary job duties
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Warehouse Experience
- Inventory Control Experience
- Valid Nevada Driver's License
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must pass a background check and a drug screen
