Full Job Description About Us:

Renewal Claim Solutions of Upstate NY has been a growing, family owned business since 1995. We are in the business of assisting homeowners in restoring textiles, electronics, art and other specialty contents, after their property has been affected by smoke, water or debris. We are now hiring a field technician at our Albany location. The position maintains responsibility for going into our client's homes, assessing damage, communicating and building rapport with the homeowner, and packing out items needing to be cleaned. Your Day-to-Day:

Responsible for going into client's homes to: assess damage, build rapport with the homeowner and packing out items. Help deliver a range of services like estimations, deliveries, on-site cleanings, and drapery rehanging. Handle rush orders and last-minute deliveries like a pro, keeping customers happy and on schedule. Travel around the region to assist people in their time of need. Complete tasks in our warehouse such as tagging, cleaning and organizing. Always stay professional and friendly with our customers-because customer service is the heart of everything we do.

What You Bring:

Experience in the industry is not required - we will teach you everything you need to know. High school diploma or equivalent (bonus points for any extra technical or vocational training!). Communication that's on point-whether you're chatting with customers or working with team members, you've got it covered. A dependable and strong work ethic. Quick thinking and problem-solving skills that help you tackle challenges head-on. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
