12-hour shifts, either mornings or overnights Overview Join a cutting‑edge semiconductor manufacturing project in Albany, NY. As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a critical role in moving, tracking, and safeguarding materials across the dock, warehouse, and cleanroom. This is a clean, climate‑controlled environment with small, collaborative teams and meaningful day‑to‑day impact. What You'll Do Load and unload materials safely and efficiently. Verify shipments against documentation to ensure accuracy. Track, move, and store materials between facilities and cleanroom areas. Maintain precise inventory records, including serial number traceability. Update inventory systems (SAP, trackers) within required timelines. Organize storage areas for accuracy, accessibility, and contamination control. Support audits, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy initiatives. Inspect returned tools and components for completeness and compliance. Follow strict safety, cleanroom, and handling procedures. Keep work areas clean and organized using 5S standards. What You Bring 1-3 years of warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience. Experience with inventory systems (SAP or similar ERP preferred). Strong attention to detail and organization skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. Ability to accurately track and document materials. Commitment to safety, quality, and process compliance. Cleanroom or controlled‑environment experience. Experience with cycle counts and inventory management. Familiarity with 5S or continuous improvement practices. Schedule 12‑hour shifts (day or night options). Front‑half or back‑half schedules available with alternating Wednesdays. 36 hours one week, 48 hours the next (OT after 40 hours). Why This Role? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.75 - $26.75/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
