We are looking for an energetic order fulfillment specialist to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of orders.

Through passion, dedication, and extensive industry knowledge, Dave & Adam's has grown into one of the world's foremost leaders in online trading card and sports memorabilia sales with our e-commerce site at dacardworld.com. Headquartered in Amherst, NY, Dave & Adam's now employs over 200 people and also proudly boasts one of the largest hobby shops in the country in our 42,000 square foot retail store on Sheridan Drive in Williamsville, N.Y. Additionally, in partnership with Topps Trading Cards, Dave & Adam's operates a retail location in Cooperstown, NY. In July 2022, Dave & Adam's opened a retail store and facility in Roermond, Netherlands and in November 2024 opened a retail store in New York City. Responsibilities Accurately pull, process, package, and/or ship orders Efficiently pack orders to ensure items arrive in the same condition they left Accurately check orders for error Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory counts Keep warehouse clean and organized daily Warehouse management System Qualifications Able to lift 50 lbs. and can be on your feet 8+ hours daily Experience in order fulfillment and warehouse operations is a plus General computer knowledge General knowledge of hand trucks, pallet stacking, and wrapping Forklift experience is a plus Benefits Merit raises and year end bonuses are awarded based on performance Employees are eligible for Dave & Adam's medical, dental and/or vision plans after meeting eligibility requirements Supplemental insurance through Guardian Paid Holidays, sick and vacation time Ultra-casual dress code Employee recognition lunchese Dave & Adam's offers a generous employee discount that applies to both our website and store
