Job Description
Role Summary We are currently hiring a committed General Warehouse Laborer to join our team in Bloomfield, NY. Your primary focus will involve the inspection, sorting, weighing, and disassembly of various electronic and computer components. You may also be tasked with operating on the shred line, where you will extract shredded materials from the conveyor belt and utilize hand pallet jacks to transport skids. Core Responsibilities You will be responsible for breaking down or categorizing electronic scrap items and removing shredded output from the conveyor system. Ensure that your designated workspace and storage zones remain tidy and orderly at all times. Perform other tasks as assigned by leadership to support the overall needs of the facility. The schedule for this role is Monday through Thursday, running from 6:30 am to 5:00 pm, with a starting pay rate of $17 per hour. Required Proficiencies Prior background working in warehouse settings. Ability to safely manage and move heavy equipment. Capable of fulfilling all necessary physical demands of the role. Contribute to a productive manufacturing environment through your previous industry experience.
