Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for efficiently managing warehouse tasks, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe, organized environment. Duties Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, and transport goods safely across the warehouse. Manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms to track stock levels accurately. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, ensuring timely delivery and order accuracy. Stock shelves efficiently by organizing products according to warehouse distribution standards. Assist with shipping and receiving processes by verifying inbound and outbound shipments and completing necessary documentation. Utilize MRPs (Material Requirements Planning systems) for inventory control and order planning. Support packaging activities to prepare products for shipment while maintaining quality standards. Skills Proven experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in warehouse distribution and order fulfillment processes. Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and load/unload trucks safely. Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, AS400, and basic math skills for inventory counting and measurements. Experience with picking & packing, order picking, shipping & receiving procedures, and stock replenishment. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing and inventory control. Basic understanding of e-commerce logistics workflows and warehouse distribution strategies. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety protocols.
