We are seeking dependable, mechanically inclined individuals who take pride in quality work and want to build a long-term career in manufacturing. Position Overview Production Associates in our Corrugated Department support the operation of box-making equipment and play a key role in maintaining production quality, efficiency, and workplace safety. Key Responsibilities Support the setup and operation of corrugated production equipment Feed corrugated sheets into machinery accurately and efficiently Assist with gluing, stapling, assembly, and finishing operations Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Stack, band, and prepare completed orders for shipment Assist with preventative maintenance and equipment clean-up Maintain a safe, organized, and production-focused work area Work closely with operators and team members to meet daily production goals Preferred Qualifications Previous manufacturing, production, packaging, warehouse, or machine operation experience Experience working in fast-paced industrial environments Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Consistent work history and reliable attendance Forklift experience is a plus Required Skills & Abilities Ability to read a tape measure accurately and work with fractions Basic math and measurement skills Ability to lift 25-50 pounds regularly Ability to stand, move, and work throughout an 8-hour shift Commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship Compensation & Benefits Starting pay from $20.00/hour , based on experience and skill level Overtime opportunities available based on production needs Benefits Include 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Life and disability insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Health Savings Account (HSA) Paid time off Paid Holidays Schedule Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Full-time, day shift
