Role:

We are currently hiring Mechanical and Electrical Assemblers on behalf of our client, a well-established HVAC manufacturing company. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment and are looking for steady, full-time hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Mechanical Assembler Duties:

Assemble HVAC units and mechanical components according to work instructions and blueprints Use hand and power tools (drills, screwdrivers, wrenches, etc.) Install parts such as fans, coils, brackets, and housings Ensure proper fit, alignment, and quality of assembled components

Electrical Assembler Duties:

Assemble and wire electrical components and control panels Read and interpret basic electrical schematics and diagrams Route wiring, connect circuits, and secure electrical components Perform basic testing and inspections to ensure functionality

General Labour Duties:

Assist with material handling and moving parts within the facility Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all safety procedures and company policies Support team members and supervisors as required

Qualifications:

Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred Mechanical aptitude and/or basic electrical knowledge is an asset Ability to use hand and power tools safely Ability to read basic blueprints or diagrams (preferred) Strong attention to detail and quality Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and a team player

Manufacturing/production environment Exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures Repetitive tasks and standing for long periods

What We Offer:

Steady day shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Bi-Weekly pay through our agency Opportunity for long-term placement based on performance Supportive team environment
