Driving larger truck experience required; Forklift experience required; certification preferred Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and team-oriented Senior Warehouse Associate (SWA) to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, take initiative, and support daily warehouse operations while assisting leadership. The SWA plays a key role in ensuring efficient product sorting, safe equipment operation, and overall warehouse organization. This position also includes opening and/or closing responsibilities and supporting the Donated Goods Manager with daily operational needs. Key Responsibilities Operate a forklift to transport and stack bales, pallets, and capsacks safely and efficiently Unload trucks and move materials to appropriate warehouse locations Move 20' box trucks to and from the dock for unloading Assist in developing and executing daily operational plans Lead daily morning meetings Complete and file end-of-day reports Open and/or close and secure the warehouse as needed Unload and process donations from multiple trucks daily Create bales and assist with inventory organization Load trailers and containers, ensuring proper documentation Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Collaborate with team members, leadership, and donors Support and help guide warehouse associates to meet team goals Follow all safety policies and company procedures Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Forklift certification required (must be maintained) Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Experience with UPS, FedEx, or other shipping carriers preferred Clean motor vehicle record Strong attendance and punctuality Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements Ability to stand and work on your feet for up to 10 hours per day Ability to lift up to 60 pounds regularly Comfortable performing heavy lifting and repetitive tasks What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is reliable, proactive, and comfortable taking on leadership responsibilities in a warehouse setting.
