Buffalo, NY Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our growing book-distribution operation. This role focuses on pick-and-pack order fulfillment using a scissor lift , supported by our warehouse management software. The position involves handling boxes of books weighing 25-35 lbs and working toward clearly defined productivity goals. A performance-based bonus structure is in place, allowing strong performers to significantly increase their earnings. Reliability, safety, and accuracy are critical to this role. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a scissor lift for order picking Pick, pack, and prepare book orders accurately and efficiently Use our warehouse management system (WMS) to manage picks, packing, shipping, and receiving Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety procedures and productivity standards Qualifications & Experience Previous warehouse experience strongly preferred Experience with order fulfillment, shipping & receiving, or distribution is a plus Scissor lift experience ( training available ) Ability to safely lift 25-35lbs repeatedly during a shift Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Performance-based productivity bonuses Scissor lift training Stable, safety-focused work environment Pay range: $18-$30/hour
