This dual role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, and inventory handling, as well as making local deliveries to restaurant and wholesale accounts. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, and understands the urgency of the busy summer season. Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, and stage internet and wholesale orders for delivery with accuracy and efficiency Receive and process incoming shipments, including unloading and stocking inventory Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment (training provided) Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling of products Drive a company box truck (under 26,000 lbs; no CDL required) to deliver products to customers Provide professional and courteous service to restaurant and retail accounts Follow all safety procedures and company policies Requirements Ability to lift and carry 40 lb cases and push heavy loads on a hand truck repeatedly throughout the day Comfortable with physical work, including standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to operate a non-CDL box truck safely and responsibly Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented What We Offer Consistent full-time, year-round employment Training on warehouse equipment and processes Team-oriented work environment Benefits We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off, sick time, and holiday pay Pay • $ 23 per hour, overtime after 40 hours Equal Opportunity Employer Wölffer Estate Vineyard is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
