Job Description
A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Part-Time (30.5 Hours), On-Site, 2nd Shift, Pharmacy Warehouse Associate in Cheektowaga, NY! Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Pharmacy Support Associate to assist in filling prescription requests accurately and efficiently in an automated refill environment. Under the supervision of a Pharmacist, this role prepares, packages, sorts, and distributes medications in a fast-paced production setting. The ideal candidate will maintain a consistent workflow to meet daily production goals and work effectively both independently and within a team. Pharmacy technician or warehouse experience is preferred. Pharmacy Warehouse Associate Compensation
- The pay for this position is $17.50/hr
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

2pm-10:30pm Pharmacy Warehouse Associate Responsibilities- Manually fill prescription vials with prescribed tablets and capsules
- Retrieve and process Unit of Use and Bulk medication items
- Read computer-generated screens to locate medications on labeled shelves and verify product size and strength
- Replenish medication in automated dispensing cells to full capacity
- Open and handle large quantities of medication bottles and cases
- Use handheld scanners to scan product barcodes for replenishment
- Perform basic math calculations to count or determine appropriate medication quantities
- Maintain attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks with complete accuracy
- Identify, resolve, and escalate operational issues when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy workspace
- Follow all federal and state HIPAA regulations and pharmacy safety procedures
- Prepare orders for shipping including folding/packing paperwork and attaching shipping labels
- Fill, pack, and ship prescriptions using Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company systems
- Assist with housekeeping and other duties as assigned
- Support company culture and shared ICARE principles
- Work mandatory overtime when required based on business needs Pharmacy Warehouse Associate Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and consistently carry 20-30 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours per shift)
- Ability to bend, twist, reach, grasp, and pinch as needed
- Basic math, reading, and writing skills
- Visual acuity to read computer screens, handheld scanners, and medication labels Preferred Qualifications
- Pharmacy technician training or experience (not required)
- Warehouse or production experience
- Familiarity with pharmacy operations and professional standards
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
