Learn more about us on Role Description As SBGA continues to grow, we are searching for a reliable and detail-oriented candidate to join our warehouse team as a Fulfillment Associate. You will be responsible for the accurate and efficient handling of inbound inventory, outbound order processing, and the day-to-day upkeep of our fulfillment operations. This role reports to the Warehouse Supervisor. Key Responsibilities •

You will be responsible for the accurate and efficient handling of inbound inventory, outbound order processing, and the day-to-day upkeep of our fulfillment operations. This role reports to the Warehouse Supervisor. Key Responsibilities •
Order Sorting and Carrier Preparation:
Sort outgoing orders by designated carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS, regional couriers) in preparation for daily scheduled pickups. This involves grouping and staging orders to expedite the loading process and ensure carriers depart on time. Load prepared pallets for U.S. shipments onto trucks as required. Count and verify pallets and cartons by SKU for daily outbound orders. •Secure Packaging and Label Application:
Accurately select the appropriate packaging materials (boxes, poly mailers, protective inserts) to ensure the security and integrity of products during transit. Print and verify the proper shipping labels for each order, applying them correctly and securely to avoid misrouting or delivery issues. • Quality Control and Readiness forDispatch:
Conduct a final quality check to ensure all outbound orders are securely packed, accurately labeled, and staged in the designated area, making them fully ready for carrier dispatch. •Shipping Supply Management:
Monitor and advise stock levels of shipping supplies (e.g., boxes, tape, labels) to the supervisor on a weekly basis, advising when replenishment orders are necessary. •Receiving Inventory Transfers:
Efficiently receive and systematically organize weekly truckload skid inventory transfers. •Receive Air and Ocean Shipments:
Receive inbound air and ocean freight •Pallet Breakdown and Stock Rotation:
Promptly break down mixed-product pallets upon receipt. Implement and maintain proper stock rotation principles (First-In, First-Out/FIFO) •Stock Organization and Categorization:
Prepare pallets and individual items for proper label application. Accurately label, categorize, and organize pallets •Area Cleanliness and Safety:
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization within the assigned work area and surrounding warehouse zones. This includes ensuring aisles are clear, equipment is stored correctly, and all trash and debris are properly disposed of, contributing to a safe and efficient working environment. •Inventory Accuracy and Control:
Actively participate in scheduled and ad-hoc stock counts and cycle counts to ensure the accuracy of the physical inventory •General Warehouse Support:
Provide support and assistance with other warehouse and fulfillment-related duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager, demonstrating flexibility and a team-oriented approach to meeting operational goals. Skills & Experience Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment is preferred Experience handling and preparing outbound shipments with major carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS Experience with inbound receiving processes, including verifying shipments against packing slips Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately pick, pack, and label orders Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Good organizational and time management skills to meet daily shipping deadlines Good understanding of technology for printing shipping labels and scanning inventory Strong communication skills to flag supply shortages, damaged goods, or safety concerns to a supervisor A team-first attitude with the flexibility to take on a variety of tasks as needed Requirements Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Must be 18 years of age or older 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse environment High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a small team Must be punctual and dependable Willingness to perform a variety of tasks and adapt to changing priorities Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 lbs as needed throughout a shift Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods of time (up to 8-10 hours) Location & Working Hours This is a full-time, in person role. Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
