Installation Assistant Location:

Full-Time (Approx. 40 hours per week)

Season:

March/April to November Responsibilities Delivery & Installation Excellence

• Safely transport and install high-end hot tubs and swim spas at customer homes, ensuring the setup exceeds expectations. Vehicle Operation
• Safely operate box trucks and pickup trucks with trailers to navigate residential neighborhoods and job sites. Loading & Unloading
• Actively load and unload heavy products using specialized dollies, forklifts, and teamwork. Customer Interaction
• Provide professional, friendly service during home deliveries, answering basic questions and ensuring the site is left clean and organized. Vehicle & Equipment Care
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work vehicles and tools at all times. Warehouse Support
• Assist with receiving shipments, inventory transfers, and maintaining a high-standard warehouse environment.

Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record . Successful completion of DOT medical certification , if required. Ability to lift, carry, and move 50-100 pounds repeatedly. Experience driving box trucks and pickup trucks with trailers is highly preferred. A positive, "can-do" attitude and the ability to adapt to a flexible daily schedule. Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and teammates. Compensation & Benefits Competitive Pay
