Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Lead Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, manage inventory processes, and lead a team of warehouse associates to ensure smooth distribution and materials handling. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining safety standards, optimizing workflows, and supporting continuous process improvement within a fast-paced logistics environment. Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and materials handling. Lead and motivate warehouse team members to achieve operational goals with enthusiasm and efficiency. Oversee inventory control processes using warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms to ensure accuracy and accountability. Coordinate warehouse distribution tasks, ensuring timely processing of shipments while adhering to safety protocols such as OSHA standards. Manage forklift operations, ensuring proper training and certification for safe mechanical handling of heavy loads. Implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency, reduce errors, and support logistics objectives. Conduct regular safety inspections, enforce OSHA compliance, and promote a culture of safety awareness among team members. Skills Strong experience in warehouse management, including inventory management and control systems. Proven leadership skills with previous warehouse supervisor or team management experience. Knowledge of logistics operations within e-commerce or 3PL (third-party logistics) environments. Mechanical aptitude with forklift certification and materials handling expertise. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, shipping & receiving procedures, and heavy lifting techniques. Ability to implement process improvements and optimize warehouse distribution workflows. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members, carriers, and other stakeholders effectively. Pay:
$23.00 per hour
