Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of warehouse activities, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong warehouse experience and a proactive attitude to support seamless distribution processes. Responsibilities Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move, load, and unload goods efficiently and safely Manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms to track stock levels and locations Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, ensuring accurate order fulfillment for e-commerce and distribution channels Stock shelves and organize warehouse space to optimize workflow and accessibility Assist with shipping and receiving processes by verifying shipments against purchase orders and packing lists Use basic math skills to count items accurately, calculate weights, and verify quantities during picking and packing Support warehouse distribution operations by loading trucks and unloading incoming shipments while adhering to safety protocols Requirements Prior experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in warehouse distribution processes Proficiency in operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) software Experience with order picking & packing, shipping & receiving procedures, and inventory stocking Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing Strong understanding of safety standards related to warehouse operations including load & unload procedures Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members across various functions If you are committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety while supporting efficient warehouse operations, we encourage you to apply today.
